Because everything in this shop is made by hand in small batches, all sales are final. I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, just reach out within 48 hours with a quick photo so I can take a look. I’m always happy to fix any mistakes on my end.
